Our Produce Prescription Program
Eligibility Screening & Referrals
Utilizing an compassionate care approach, potential clients at risk for a list of chronic-diseases receive a customized prescription for produce, nutrition education and support services for 6 months in order to reduce and/or prevent their risk to these conditions.
Intermittently during the Produce Prescription program, you will also participate in biometrics screenings and self-assessment surveys in order to gauge the improvements in your health. At this time, there will also be the opportunity to receive available vaccines as interested.
Before completing the Produce Prescription Program, you will receive additional resources to ensure your continued success.
Now it’s time to Fill the Prescription.
Through an innovative partnership with local growers, Royally Fit will provide you with the produce specified as well as help you choose which of our Nutrition Education Programs are offered at the the time that fits your schedule.
As an added bonus, after fulfilling your Nutrition Education prescription requirements, you’ll receive prize(s) to aid you in implementing your healthy eating tools; These can vary from a new kitchen knife set to food processors or cutting boards.
