Meet Aquene
Aquene Watkins-Wise relishes the opportunity to serve her community, facilitating wellness, growth and healing.
During her collegiate career, Watkins-Wise took a legal class where she learned that the number of prison beds needed is estimated based on third & fourth grade reading and math scores; at that moment, Aquene knew it was her obligation to be an agent of change, working for her community’s betterment.
Having spent 7 years working as a teacher, Aquene has used her classroom as an incubator for change where she daily chanted the mantra “I can and must make a difference in my world,” with her high school students; a phrase shared with Watkins-Wise during her first teaching position with The Children’s Defense Fund. Embodying that mantra in business and community, Royally Fit has developed a mobile wellness program providing education, access and resources to historically disadvantaged communities in Allegheny county. Additionally, Aquene serves as a Small Business Mentor assisting other entrepreneurs in foundational work which will allow them to bring their business dreams to life.
Aquene is a proud wife to a U.S. Air Force Veteran, mother of 4 young children, extreme couponer and shark advocate.
Meet Domenique
During his service in the U.S. Air Force, Domenique began lifting weights competitively, breaking records and earning titles in bodybuilding and powerlifting under the name, King Ox. Naturally, he quickly began personal training, showing others how to push the limits of their minds and bodies, coupled with providing meal plans to support the overall wellness goals of our community. This lead to the founding of Royally Fit and our Lifestyle Fitness Program, purposed to encourage healthy living while preventing chronic diseases.
As a professional bodybuilder, Domenique leads our team of trainers in the development of customized wellness programs to support your specific needs, acting as accountability partners and providing complimentary resources to aid you in your lifestyle goals.
Additionally, Domenique is the real estate investor of Watkins-Wise Properties and Owner of Watkins-Wise Woodworking. He is also a proud husband, father of four young children and fitness enthusiast.
